Peter has been practicing in Monaco since 1988. He qualified with Ernst and Whinney in London and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. He has been a member of STEP since 1998, is a member of the Institute of Directors, the ITPA (International Tax Planning Association), member of AMCO (Association Monégasque des Compliance Officers), and Secretary of the Monaco Association of Trust and Corporate Service Providers - AMPA (Association Monégasque des Professionnels en Administration de Structures Etrangères). Peter acts for private clients in a wide range of areas, including strategic business development, international structuring, tax and estate planning.
Douglas qualified in marketing and international commerce in UK, and spent over 20 years with the Barclays group mostly outside the UK in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Region and Europe. He has been working in Monaco for eighteen years. He worked for three years with a trust company in Vanuatu (S W Pacific) before joining the Société Générale group in Monaco as Head of their trust and fiduciary services department. He arrived at Monoeci in 2005. As well as dealing with his administrative duties as director, Douglas is heavily involved with client relationships and business development. He is a member of STEP
Marine & Aviation
Janet has an international background and graduated at University of Aix-Marseille III. She has Masters in International/European and Maritime Law.
Since 2001 Janet has gained significant working experience in the yachting sector and headed up the yacht departments of two other Luxembourg and Monaco based companies. Her extensive commercial experience is further strengthened with a practical background in the yacht sector ensuring the delivery of a dedicated range of services to the most exacting standards.
As head of the Marine & Aviation Division, Janet leads a team of professional and highly experienced people who can assist owners and brokers during all the ownership process starting from the purchase or construction up to the sale by considering also their financing, registration, insurance, crewing and day to day administration needs.
Business Development Manager
Patricia has a Master 2 in Financial Engineering and a professional experience in the finance sector. She also benefited from an international study exposure (Switzerland, Monaco, New York and London internships).
Based in Monaco since 1995, she understands and can handle issues related to wealthy families and entrepreneurs due to her experience as a private banker for 12 years in Paris, Luxembourg and Monaco. Mainly in major banks as Société Générale Bank and Trust Luxembourg and Bank Audi (Monaco based office). She is familiar with all HNWI’s needs including wealth and estate planning.
She has a strong background knowledge and understanding of the financial environment for both financial asset class (private equity, funds) and non-financial assets (real estate structuration). She has an international experience and worldwide contacts, which are useful when assisting our client with their needs.
She is in charge of developing new client relationships, especially in Africa, representing Monoeci/Rosemont with CEMA (Club des Entrepreneurs Monegasques en Afrique).
She speaks French and English.
