Director
Peter has been practicing in Monaco since 1988. He qualified with Ernst and Whinney in London and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
He has been a member of STEP since 1998, is a member of the Institute of Directors, the ITPA (International Tax Planning Association), member of AMCO (Association Monégasque des Compliance Officers), and Secretary of the Monaco Association of Trust and Corporate Service Providers - AMPA (Association Monégasque des Professionnels en Administration de Structures Etrangères).
Peter has acted for private clients in a wide range of areas, including strategic business development, international structuring, tax and estate planning. He now focuses on regulatory and AML compliance.

Head of Legal Yacht
Nadine has joined our group in January 2019 as a legal advisor in the yachting and private jet department. She has a Master's law degree and a DESS in international business, commercial and tax law. She has also passed the French bar exam in Montpellier.
Nadine has a strong 20-year background in the yachting and shipping industry, having previously worked for companies based in Monaco and Luxembourg.
On a day-to-day basis, she assists jet, yachts and superyacht owners with legal advice ranging from financing, sale and purchase transactions, building contracts, negotiations and operating considerations.

Head of Yacht Accounting and Administration
Simona is the Senior Accountant and Head of Accounting at Rosemont Yacht Services where she manages our in-house team of accountants.
Simona is an Italian qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in accounting and specialist yacht accounting and administration.
Prior to joining Rosemont Yacht Services she practised for a number of years in a leading international advisory company at its Monaco office, as Head of the Accounting in the Yachting Department, having initially practised as accountant in Italy.
Simona advises international individuals and families. She speaks fluent English and French, in addition to her Italian mother tongue.
